Print a Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print and attach the label.
Ship the Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to us.

Processing Time: Refunds, replacement products, or store credits are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless they use the prepaid return label provided by ZabFit.
